Box of 20 standard US Army earplug cases.  

The earplug case is used to contain earplugs when they are not in use. However, they are also useful in helping to seat earplugs in the ear. The case comes with a chain that can be fastened around a belt loop, MOLLE webbing, or other attachment points. Keeping an earplug case with earplugs inside is an excellent way to ensure they are accessible when needed.  Local installation policy will determine when and where you can wear the earplug case.  See AR 670-1.
