Also called the Defense Medical Board Medical Litter.  Standard patient litter used by US Army combat medics worldwide.  Compatible standard with litter-mounting equipment in medical evacuation vehicles (FLA, M113 / 577) and aircraft (UH-60).  Used by medical personnel to transport non-ambulatory patients short distances. Polypropylene cover, with aluminum pole and nylon handles. Adjustable from 90" to 94.4"; 91.6" long.
