Ok, first off the master locks and the padlock brands are not allowed in the arms room even though they meet the specs. The reason for that is because you cant have any markings on the locks or keys to distinguish which key goes to which lock, per the AA&E Physical Security regulation. Both master lock and pad lock have serial numbers engraved on the lock itself that co-ensides with the serial number on the key that goes with it, in essence making it a marked lock. That's why we use the American lock 5200 because even though there is a serial number on the key, there is no serial number on the lock.
