Hi all. We know, we know...... it's a USMC thing..... but, "one team, one fight." So, if you're in need of this info, read on. As with all USMC MOLLE / FILBE items, these are Coyote Brown (a.k.a. Coyote Tan) in color.

1. Unit Leader Pouch Set (TAMCN C54312F): http://www.armyproperty.com/nsn/8465-01-640-8363
The Unit Leader Set is a set of different pouches issued to squad leaders for carriage of team pyrotechnics and equipment. It is part of the Family of Individual Load Bearing Equipment (ILBE). Distribution: One set per squad leader.

(You may have seen the pop-up flare pouch falsely depicted as "8465-01-558-3148" but that NSN does not exist. The NIIN 01-558-3148 actually goes to a power distribution panel, with FSC 6110.)

2. Rifleman Set (TAMCN C54302F): Shown as 8465-01-459-6572 but this NSN actually goes to the US Army Woodland Camo rifleman set.
The Rifleman Set is suite of six pouches issued to support the standard combat load of a Marine rifleman. It is part of the Family of Individual Load Bearing Equipment (ILBE). The M4/M16 Single/Double Magazine Pouch holds one to two standard 30 round M4/M16 magazines. The Magazine Dump Pouch can contain up to six magazines and the M67 Grenade Pouch holds one M67 fragmentation grenade. All pouches are Pouch Attachment Ladder System (PALS) compatible. Distribution: One set per Marine or Sailor assigned to the Fleet Marine Force.

The USMC Holster is a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) holster for the M9 or M9A1 Pistol. It comes in right and left handed variants. It replaces the M-12 holster. The USMC Holster quick detach feature allows for variable configurations: drop-leg, hip-belt, or Platform Attachment Ladder System (PALS). The USMC Holster consists of: one composite/polymer holster with male quick detach connector; one drop leg platform with female quick detach connector; one mid-ride belt platform with female quick-detach connector; and one PALS platform with female quick detach connector. Additionally, one USMC Holster Repair Kit per 10 USMC Holsters is issued to each unit armory. Distribution: One per Marine issued a M9 or M9A1 Pistol. It is distributed at a ratio of one left-handed per 10 right-handed holsters.

The Grenadier Set is a suite of three 40mm grenade pouches and one 40mm Grenade Multi-Round System (GMRS) to support the standard combat load for a Marine grenadier. The pouches are Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and are part of the Family of Individual Load Bearing Equipment (ILBE). The 40mm GMRS is a 12 round adjustable bandolier. The 40mm Grenade Pouch can hold one 40mm grenade and is Pouch Attachment Ladder System (PALS) compatible. Distribution: One set per Marine assigned grenadier duties or issued a M203 or M32.

The Multi-Grenade Pouch is a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) item. The Multi-Grenade Pouch can hold one canister shaped grenade (e.g. smoke) or one flash-bang grenade. It is Pouch Attachment Ladder System (PALS) compatible. Distribution: One per Marine when issued canister-shaped grenades and/or flash-bang grenades.

The Squad Automatic Weapons (SAW) Gunner Set is a suite of two SAW pouches to support the standard combat load for an M249 machine gunner. The pouch is a commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) item. It is part of the Family of Individual Load Bearing Equipment (ILBE). Each SAW Pouch will hold one drum with either a 100 or 200-round (5.56mm) capacity. It includes a removable internal three-compartment divider for conversion as a utility pouch. It is Pouch Attachment Ladder System (PALS) compatible. Distribution: One set per Marine assigned a M249 Squad Automatic Weapon.

7. Corpsman Assault System (TAMCN: N/A): http://www.armyproperty.com/nsn/8465-01-620-0920

The Corpsman Assault System (CAS) is a SL-3 component of the Pack, Assemblage Medical, TAMCN C53322E, which includes Class VIII supplies and is managed by Product Manager, Combat Support Equipment, Program Manager, Combat Support Systems. The CAS design is government owned and replaces the Corpsman Assault Pack (CAP) of the Individual Load Bearing Equipment (ILBE) Pack System. It is part of the Family of ILBE. Distribution: One per FMF Corpsman excluding E-9s.

The CAS consists of four bags:

(a) the medical assault pack;
(b) a medical sustainment bag;
(c) a modular medical pouch; and
(d) a medical thigh rig.

It also includes reconfigurable internal components / inserts:

(1) a narcotics pouch;
(2) two medium pouches;
(3) two large pouches;
(4) two small reversible pouches;
(5) two medium reversible pouches;
(6) two elastic panels;
(7) a double pocket panel;
(8) a stacked pocket panel; and
(9) a triple pocket panel.
