This message board is here so you can view the latest additions to our NSN library. In addition, you can request new NSN's that you don't currently see listed. To do this, click on the "New Topic" button and make your request. So if you're looking for the NSN for a certain model of 5-ton truck, or a certain kind of power supply, or antenna kit, etc, just put as much information as you know: LIN, Nomenclature, or anything else that would be helpful. If desired, add an email / AKO address if you want a direct reply (this is not required). Then we'll do some looking on our end and see what we can find out. But...... we can't guarantee that we'l be able to find every NSN that people request, because of the difficulty in conducting detailed research on each one. (Assistance from the community would be highly appreciated, in cases where we're stumped!)

To all concerned: We've recently started indexing our NSN database by FSC, so you can now find hundreds of printer cartridge NSN's using the following link:

http://www.armyproperty.com/fsc/7510

(Most printer cartridges fall under FSC 7510)

Hope this helps!

Is there any way that you could list the printer cartridge part numbers in that page as well. Toner, Cartridge doesnt do much for me.

thanks

SSG Williams -- sure, we are constantly trying to refine / improve on the official DLA-generated designations for these items. It's a painstaking process but we'll get there eventually. In the meantime, if you log in with your ArmyProperty user account, you can see the commercial part number cross-referenced to each NSN. For instance, NSN 7510-01-580-8398 (http://www.armyproperty.com/nsn/7510-01-580-8398) is listed by DLA as a "CARTRIDGE, TONER" but if you look down on the page for the FLIS data, you find out that it's the C540A1MG magenta toner cartridge for a Lexmark laser printer.

In any case, we're working to get these designations fixed up, but with over 11,000 NSN's falling under FSC 7510, it's definitely going to be a painstaking process.

Thanks!
