Discussion: The M2HB flexible is a recoil-operated fully-automatic link-belt-fed machine gun.
It fires from a closed bolt position and can be set up for right or left-hand feed (but is used in left-hand feed mode over 99% of the time by the US Army). This weapon provides suppression fire for offensive and defensive purposes.
