I've now been able to add personnel to my hand receipt as delegates but I'm still having a problem. I'll explain the steps and what happens:
1) I go into All Property and find the item I need to add; for instance, M68 NSN 1240-01-411-1265
2) I click on the symbol to make adjustments to count on the left
3) I place my count, 58, and hit the GO button
After this it won't matter who I've placed the item going to because they all do the same thing: clear amount box and reset drop down to "undefined"
4) Lastly, I go into My Property and try to look at what I hope I've just added but nothing is there and I am now stuck at square one.
Is there any guidance that I can get and be shown what I seem to be doing wrong? Maybe I missed a step that I didn't see
