Where can I buy one?

If the Army can't help my son and his men.. I'll buy it myself and send it.

Can anyone tell me where?

Ma'am, I am an IN PSG in Afghanistan, we have a couple of Soldier Portable Power Systems...tell him to ask his supply about it, it has charging capabilities for MBITRs and much more, plus it's compact, highly mobile, and versatile. We have used them on several patrols and "overnighters." We also had a hard time getting the regular chargers. tell him to send me a message jason.snell1 on AKO.

I am trying to get my MBITR to talk with my ASIP, in SC/PT. How can i stop this. what am i doing wrong with comunication between MBITR and ASIP, any help would be great because my C.O. loves his MBITRS

If using Basic you must set the Continuous Tone Coded Squelch System CTCSS (it is the R and the T located under the TX= frequency) to 150.0 for legacy systems like the SINCGARS or previous radios. See page 1-6 and 1-7 in the manual. The best thing to do is to program in SINCGAR mode.

Great list of NSN's, very helpfull, only NSN I'm still searching for is the programming cable for the JEM. It's USB, not serial like the MBITR, and I know they're not interchangeable. The part number from Thales is 3100743-501, but that doesnt pull up anything in FEDLOG.

Press alt and mode at the same time, then go to the global settings and change SIDE CONN to off.

Now, for my problem...I need to build an adapter (or find one) to mate the MBITR and an Army flight helmet (helicopter). I know all the parts I will need, but not the wiring to put the whole thing together. If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.

Parts:
U-94A/U, 5935-00-553-9352 (PTT, plug helmet in here)
U-329/U, 5935-01-031-9937 (6 pin connector to top of MBITR)
Belden E108998 AWM 2919 Low Voltage Computer Cable

So before people start scream OPSEC or sensitive information I know it's not and deep down inside you do too.
I need to load the key for SATCOM into my 148 JEM I'm at a loss as to which keyfill I should use. Do I use mode 23 or something else.
Please Adivse
