NOTE: Your supervisor's information is required in order to validate the accuracy of your request and prevent fraudulent account registrations. PLEASE ensure your supervisor's AKO address is correct -- over 10% of all account requests are held up for days or weeks, because of a bad AKO address for a supervisor.

Normal processing time for new accounts is 4-5 business days. Each request must be processed manually, due to the need to validate Soldiers' and supervisors' information.
