This is the official "issue" 1-quart canteen pouch which the Army distributes to deploying units, in addition to the MOLLE Rifleman Set, Rucksack, and other items in the RFI ensemble. It can also hold 5ea 5.56mm 30rd magazines, and has side pockets which will hold compasses, bandages, or other similar-sized items.
