Two or three are typically used together to feed a battalion-sized organization. *** Note: The MKT will soon be replaced by the Containerized Kitchen (CK). The CK requirement calls for a rapidly deployable, trailer-mounted, containerized field kitchen capable of supporting up to 500 soldiers. The Army anticipates fielding 1277 ea., of the CK. |
