The FSC consists of equipment required to clean and sanitize food service equipment. Sanitation Center equipment includes: three field sinks and sink covers, two drain tables, one worktable, two storage racks, three burner units, one extendible modular utility tent (16x 20 ft), one gasoline lantern, one 50-foot drain hose assembly, one fire extinguisher, three thermostats for the sink and three brackets for the thermometers, two plastic trash barrels, two sink immersion racks, two sink adapters (to connect sinks at the top).
